Otherwise,\u00a0you are at risk of injury and strain. Le<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">t\u2019s take a look at what good hand posture looks like.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Imagine you\u2019ve got strings attached to the tops of your wrists. You are a marionette and your wrists are being pulled up slightly so you have a nice lift and buoyancy in your hands. Now, imagine there is a bubble beneath your hands and if you dip too low, you will pop the bubble. You don\u2019t want that!<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As a result of your wrists being lifted so nicely, your fingers sit on the keys with a nice curve to them. This means that you are playing with the tips of your fingers and NOT with flat fingers.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns are-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>This is an example of poor posture. With flat fingers and low wrists, you won\u2019t be able to move around on those keys as quickly.
