After weeks of practicing, Kaitlyn’s big day is finally here!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If you’ve been following along, you’ll know that she has been learning and practicing “Silent Night”<\/a> so she can play it in front of people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Well, she’s ready, and I’m going to take you into my home to show you her first public performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Playing in front of people is a big step in every piano player’s journey. Kaitlyn has only been learning for a few months, so it’s an extra big step for her.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Yes, there might be some small mistakes, but that’s all part of the learning process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Playing the piano in front of other people will make a big impact on your progress. It’s a fantastic way to motivate you to practice, help you overcome stage fright<\/a> and really enjoy playing the piano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n It will also do a great job of highlighting the areas you still need to work on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Your friends and family WANT you to succeed, and everybody loves listening to music. So it’s a really safe place to practice without judgment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The smiles on everyone’s faces will be worth it, trust me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n And the feeling of accomplishment is like nothing else.<\/p>\n\n\n\n There’s still time to hold your own house concert for Christmas.
